Do I need any previous language learning experience?

What if I miss a class due to illness or other commitments?

We understand that life happens. If you miss a class, we provide catch-up materials and our instructors are happy to spend a few minutes before the next session helping you get back on track. We also offer make-up sessions when possible.

How fast will I be able to have basic conversations?

Most of our students can engage in simple conversations after 4-6 weeks of regular attendance. However, everyone learns at their own pace, and we never pressure students to move faster than feels comfortable for them.

Are classes suitable for people with hearing difficulties?
